Graduating from The University of Strathclyde in 2007 with a BA in Finance, Graeme has been with Northern Security Alarms for 12 years, during which time he has driven the company’s growth whilst ensuring the strategic direction is highly focused, efficient and successful.

Ably supported in his role by Jillian Gordon (Accounts and Business Support), Graeme is ultimately responsible for the company’s performance and operational integrity. Ensuring that the necessary framework is in place to provide comprehensive support to all members of the team, Graeme works diligently to maintain Northern Security Alarms’ position at the forefront of the industry.

Initially joining the company in 2005 as an Engineer, Andrew has been instrumental to the success of the company by contributing in a variety of engineering and managerial roles.

As Operations Manager, Andrew directly oversees our highly-skilled team of engineers operating throughout the Highlands & Islands and Grampian regions of Scotland.

Responsible for the coordination of all new installations, Andrew has a strong track record of ensuring that work is carried out to a very high standard whilst guaranteeing the successful delivery of SLAs.

As Service Supervisor, Sophie is primarily responsible for the coordination of work undertaken by our team of maintenance engineers. With a strong understanding of the fire and security service industry, Sophie’s current role sees her work closely with clients to understand how best Northern Security Alarms can meet their maintenance needs.

Playing a leading role in maintaining strategic client relationships, Sophie has contributed to Northern Security Alarms’ reputation as a proactive enterprise where the needs of the client come first.

Celebrating 30 years with Northern Security Alarms, John MacIver has played a central role in our success since joining in 1989.

As an initial point of contact for all prospective clients, John draws upon his extensive technical expertise and broad product knowledge to discuss how Northern Security Alarms can meet the specific fire and security requirements you may have.

Whether you have a sound understanding of the industry, or none at all, John is on-hand to provide expert guidance and support from the earliest stages of your enquiry.

Responsible for system design and the bid management process, John is ably supported in his role by Sophie Patterson who joined the company in 2018.
